Meanwhile in La La Land (like actually a world of her own, not LA), Krystal is in a coffee shop, watching footage of Evie Cho and telling her friend about the corrupt beauty industry. Ian Van Lier, Evie’s doctor, comes on screen and Krystal instantly recognizes him as the man who took Delphine away. So she calls Felix and says she has information he wants, but she won’t give it to him until he gives her straight answers.

Rachel is in her hotel room watching the same footage Krystal was. Sarah calls her to yell at her about Susan going dark and cutting them off, but Rachel plays it off like it’s just bad service. She says Van Lier is Neolution, and when Sarah asks why Susan isn’t the one doing damage control, Rachel shrugs this off too, and Sarah knows something is off.
Felix hangs up on Rachel for Sarah and says that Van Lier is connected to Delphine somehow and that they have to talk to Krystal to find out exactly how they’re all connected. Mrs. S says they have two factions of Neolutionists. It’s bots vs. clones in a war that no one can win.

Cosima is cursing at her laptop, still having a hard time getting into the database, when Charlotte tells her to watch her language and asks if they’ll still get better. Cosima promises they will, but then immediately starts bleeding from the nose and looking a little worse for wear. So she asks Charlotte to get her a glass of water because even when she’s at her worst she’s worried about other people. She might have a Ravenclaw mind but girlfriend’s got a Hufflepuff heart.

Evie calls a board meeting and assures the powers that be that this isn’t the end of Bright Born, and while they don’t know if that’s true, they know they’ll be better without her. She starts to shout because she’s come this far, she’s not about to walk away now, but Van Lier steps up and zaps her bot, using her own technology to take her down.
Helena calls Mrs. S to check in; Alison and Donnie didn’t make it to Niagara after all, they’re hiding out with Helena in the woods. Donnie says Alison kind of hates it out here, and Helena is ready to just kill everyone to give them a clean slate, but Mrs. S tells them all to hang tight, they don’t need the big guns (machine or glue) just yet.
